Once the merchant processor (Paypal/Ultimate Pay/Mol) you choose to top-up processed your payment, a confirmation by email will be sent to you which will include the order ID. Then Game321 will get your payment and give you the GBs.
If there are problems with your order, please make sure if you got the confirmation message from the merchant processor you choose to top-up. If not, it means your payment still not being processed in their side. You should contact the customer service of the merchant processor. If you got the confirmation message, but did not get the GBs on our website. Please provide us with the payment receipt your bank/merchant processor gave you, making your receipt into a .JPG image file (if you have the capability) and emailing it to us.
