What is Phone Verification? What should I do when I failed many times?

Phone Verification

A security and fraud protection measure we use to prevent abuse or theft of credit card information. You should do the Phone Verification when your exchange amount above $500 in 24 hours.

Follow the guide on our website to do fill the information we need and finish the verification. Some times you may failed because of some reason. If your verification was declined. Please contact our customer service. We will verify your information manually.

Verification Steps

  • 1. Players who created user account after 2011.2.11 and transferred 500 USD within 24 hours must go through telephone verification first. Otherwise, game coins cannot be transferred until 24 hours later.(Please note: Only one successful verification is needed. )
  • 2. Input phone number as prompted (Format: country code + area code + phone number) If the phone number is correct, an automated call will be made and a 4-digit numeric code will be given via telephone in English.
  • 3. Input the 4-digit numeric code to required filed and finish verification.
  • 4. Please contact our support for any problems during telephone verification.
